What happens on November 1, 2011?

1. The day we eat the remaining Halloween candies?

2. Election Day?

3. The day you really have to get that October car inspection sticker?

4. The day you promise not to wait for December 1st to get the November car inspection sticker?

The answer is, none of the above.

Because what is really important is………..

And a nice time shared in September!

Hello MNS Community,

Our most recent September 13, 2011 Special Event Night was wonderful! Lively discussion, dining and socializing inside and outside on the patio. The informative and fabulous talks by Dr. Staci Gruber and Dr. Peter Entwistle. Wonderful weather. Thought provoking information on marijuana use and the impact on brain function, and assessment of cognitive functions through COGMED. Both were highly received as we start our academic “MNS continuing education lectures” year.

By the way, there were two books given away and two winners (funny how that adds up). Excellent members turn-out.

Continue to have an enjoyable summer…see you next on October 4, 2011 Elizabeth Kensinger, Ph.D.: How Aging Affects Memory for Emotional Experiences:A Cognitive Neuroscience Perspective.
