Membership - Renew your membership
On-Line!!
Membership drive for the 2009 calendar year will begin November 1st, 2008.
There are three categories of membership: Regular,
Associate, and Student. To renew on-line click either the on time or
late fee button under the membership category you are renewing.
A
late fee of $15 is applied to all dues payments made after
January 15th. If paying by
check,
please include the $15.00 late fee if postmarked after January
15th.
Below is a description of the criteria for each category,
as well as its associated entitlements:
Regular Membership
($90.00)
Members shall hold an earned doctorate in psychology from
a recognized university or college, or shall have been granted
a state or provincial license to practice psychology, in addition,
Regular Members shall be involved in teaching, research, or
clinical practice in neuropsychology. Regular Members are entitled
to attend and vote at all meetings of the Society, and to participate
in all activities open to members. Regular Members are also
entitled to vote in elections and hold office in the Society.
Associate Membership ($50.00)
Members include persons who are interested
in the promotion of neuropsychology but who are not eligible
for regular membership, or those who are eligible for regular
membership but who neither live nor work in Massachusetts. Such
members shall be involved in teaching, research, or clinical
practice in neuropsychology or related fields. Associate Members
are entitled to attend and to vote at all meetings of the Society,
and to participate in all activities open to members. However,
Associate Members are not entitled to vote in elections or to
hold office in the Society.
Student Membership ($20.00)
Members include students with an interest
in neuropsychology enrolled in undergraduate programs at a recognized
university or college, or who are enrolled in graduate programs
in neuropsychology or related fields at a recognized university
or college. Student Members can attend all meetings of the Society,
but are not entitled to vote at those meetings; they are also
not eligible to vote in elections or to hold office in the Society.
Post-doctoral fellows may apply for student membership.
